Rose’s Record charged between horses in the stretch to win the $149,200 Chicago Budweiser Breeders’ Cup at Arlington International Racecourse in Arlington Heights, Ill.
Ridden by Jorge Velasquez, Rose’s Record paid $11 to win and was timed in 1:24 3/5 while earning $93,120 for owners David and Nancy Ringler of Laguna Hills, Calif. Sunshine Always was second, Daloma third.
