Motorists are advised to avoid the Interstate 5 / California 905 interchange today and Friday because of repairs, the California Department of Transportation said.
The off-ramp from northbound Interstate 5 to westbound California 905 will be shut down to repair the bridge deck pavement.
The closure will be both days from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Caltrans also reported that it will close southbound California 163, south of Friars Road for bridge construction.
The road will be closed at 8:30 p.m. Friday, reopen at 7 a.m. Saturday and close again for more work from 7:30 p.m. Saturday until 9 a.m. Sunday.
Traffic will be detoured onto westbound Interstate 8 to Taylor Street, where motorists can return to eastbound I-8 or southbound 163.
