Commercial Scene : Developer Buys 6-Building Hunter Corporate Plaza

Richard Hunsaker, a Southland developer and investor, has paid about $7 million for the 118,525-square-foot Hunter Corporate Plaza in Riverside.
The six-building project is on an 8 1/2-acre parcel that takes up most of the 1200 block of Columbia Avenue. A 3-acre parcel of vacant land directly across the street was also included in the deal.
Coldwell Banker represented both Hunsaker and the seller, a partnership known as Hunter Corporate Plaza Associates.
