Prudential Realty Group has purchased a 52-acre parcel adjacent to Ontario International Airport and plans to build an 18-building office and industrial complex on the site.
Prudential reportedly paid the Lusk Co. more than $11 million for the parcel, which is inside the 1,855-acre California Commerce Center. Although plans are not yet completed, the buildings are expected to range from 40,000 to 125,000 square feet each.
Construction is expected to begin by August, and the first phase is scheduled for completion early next year.
