Commercial Scene : Cusumano Plaza to Have American Savings Branch

Opening ceremonies have been held for Cusumano Plaza, a $16-million, 66,000-square-foot office complex at 100 N. 1st St. in downtown Burbank.
American Savings Bank has already agreed to take 7,500 square feet of ground-floor space in the four-story complex for a branch office, which it is relocating from the nearby Golden Mall. Also part of the project is an 8,000-square-foot Shaker’s restaurant.
Investor Charles Cusumano developed the project and his Gem Realty will handle leasing. Architect is Gin Wong Associates.
