Commercial Scene : Construction Started on South Vista Business Center

Newport Beach-based Cashion Developments has begun construction on the $2.5-million South Vista Business Center, near Sycamore Avenue and La Mirada Drive in Vista.
The company plans to build four industrial structures with a total of 45,000 square feet of space. The 2 1/2-acre parcel is inside the Vista Industrial Center.
Prime Contractors is general contractor and architect is Banzuelo/Rierson/Duff & Associates. Exclusive leasing agent is Coldwell Banker.
