Commercial Scene : October Completion Set for Arcadia Gateway Center

Construction has started on Arcadia Gateway Center, a $4.5-million development of Stanley W. Gribble & Associates of Irvine.
Scheduled for completion in October, the four-story, 67,000-square-foot center at 440 E. Huntington Drive in Arcadia is being built by Saffell & McAdam Inc., an Irvine-based general contractor.
An accompanying three-level, 79,500-square-foot parking structure with a 267-car capacity is part of the project.
