Wide receiver Mike Williams, a 10th-round draft choice from Northeastern, signed a contract with the Rams and reported to Saturday’s practice.
The Rams have six draft choices left to sign, including two first- and three second-round choices.
The Rams also announced that they will move training camp from Cal State Fullerton to UC Irvine next year because of upcoming construction on a new sports complex at the Fullerton campus.
