Commercial Scene : Engineering Firm Signs 10-Year Lease in Tustin

An $8.8-million, 10-year lease has been signed for a 47,943-square-foot corporate headquarters building, to be under construction later this month in Tustin for the Irvine-based engineering firm Williamson & Schmid.

W & S (Watt & Schutz) Commercial Properties of Irvine, lessor of the 2.42-acre site at Redhill Avenue and Industrial Drive, is developing the $11-million project with the lessee. Scher-Voit and Coldwell Banker handled the lease transaction.
