Commercial Scene : Franklin West Towers to Become Condo Units

The Franklin West Towers at 7250 Franklin Ave. in Hollywood has been sold for $22.75 million to New York investors who plan to complete conversion of the rental apartments to individual condominium ownership.
The seller, Real Estate Dynamics, was represented by the Weaver & Co. of Century City and the Zohn Corp., also of Beverly Hills, represented Franklin Towers Joint Venture.
The dual 13-story apartment structure contains 190 units, including two penthouse floors with units consisting of up to 2,650 square feet.
