Commercial Scene : $3-Million Lease Signed for Office in Yorba Linda

The HTL-Kin-Tech division of Pacific Scientific Co. has signed a 10-year, $3.7-million lease with Metropolitan Life and O’Donnell, Armstrong & Partners for 60,000 square feet of research-and-development and manufacturing space in Yorba Linda.
HTL-Kin-Tech employees will move into the space, at 22715 Savi Ranch Parkway, in September. The lease was handled by Cushman & Wakefield of California.
