Newport Meats bought 2.2 acres in the Irvine Spectrum business park for $1.5 million, said Scher-Voit Commercial Brokerage Co. Inc. The park is near the junction of the San Diego and Santa Ana freeways. Also: Fujita Investment, Santa Monica, bought Control Income Properties’ 37,000-square-foot industrial building in Newport Beach for $3.2 million.
