The three-building NorSouth Industrial Park, at Main Street and Interstate 5 in San Diego, has been sold to ARO Partners, a family investment partnership, for $3,150,000. The seller was NorSouth Industrial Investments, a limited partnership.
Grubb & Ellis handled the sale.
