Precision Tune Buys 60-Minute Tune

SEATTLE — Precision Tune Inc., the nation’s largest auto tune-up chain has acquired Bellevue, Wash.-based National 60-Minute Tune for an undisclosed price.
The buyout adds 61 shops in four states to Precision Tune 500-store chain and opens the way for “an aggressive acquisition and growth program in the West,” said Donald Ervin, company chairman and chief executive.
