Chemical Cargo Dumped in Fatal Truck Crash

DALLAS — A tractor-trailer loaded with chemicals plunged off an elevated freeway in downtown Dallas on Tuesday, killing the driver and prompting evacuation of more than 3,000 workers from three office buildings, authorities said. The cause of the accident was not known.
