About four Saturdays past you had a very informative article in your Real Estate Section on the ‘Canadian Plan,’ essentially making extra mortgage principle payments or paying your mortgage bimonthly in order to reduce the term and interest paid.
It was very interesting and informative.
I cut it out and was going to use it as a basis for a speech I am giving to my Toastmasters club. However, I seem to have lost it.
I would go to the public library and photocopy the article were it not for the fact that I am in the Federal Prison Camp at Lompoc and the staff would really frown on such an excursion.
