Serigraph artist Corita Kent, who as Sister Mary Corita headed the art department at Immaculate Heart College here, is the subject of an hourlong special produced and directed for PBS by Jeffrey Hayden. “Primary Colors: The Story of Corita” includes footage of her works and interviews with associates. Eva Marie Saint hosts and narrates the film. Corita left the college and her nun’s order in 1968 and relocated to Boston, where she took the name Corita Kent and devoted full time to her art work. She died in 1986.
