TV Networks to Show Shuttle Liftoff

NEW YORK —
The major television networks--NBC, ABC, CBS and CNN--planned to cover live the launching of the space shuttle Columbia today. No exact time was given for the liftoff, but the National Aeronautics and Space Administration said it was expected to take place between 4:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. PDT.
