Aladdin’s License Extended: The Nevada Gaming Control Board voted 2-1 to extend the license of the financially troubled Aladdin hotel-casino in Las Vegas to Oct. 11 to allow time for a possible sale. The club, owned by wealthy Japanese businessman Ginji Yasuda, will be auctioned Sept. 6 unless Yasuda pays off a $32.5-million mortgage or files for bankruptcy.
