For Some, ‘Parenthood’ Is No Laughing Matter
- Share via
A warning to parents planning to take their children to see “Parenthood”: The movie is not the family comedy that the ads and trailers would have you believe. There are blatant references to oral sex, masturbation, pornography and promiscuous teen-age intercourse.
In addition, the film is largely a look at serious adult issues and is humorous only in passing--hardly the image presented by the marketing department.
