Countywide : Dan Quayle to Appear at 2 GOP Fund-Raisers

Vice President Dan Quayle will help raise money for the Republican Party of Orange County and the state Republican Party at a reception and dinner next Thursday.
Quayle will first attend a $100-per-person reception at 5 p.m. at the home of Buck and Colleen Johns in Santa Ana Heights. Guests are asked to wear red, white and blue attire.

After the reception, a private $500-per-plate dinner at another location in Orange County is planned.
Proceeds will be divided between the state and county GOP, officials said.
