Two suspects were arrested and $10,000 worth of the hallucinogenic drug LSD was seized in the breakup of a major ring that sold to soldiers at Ft. Ord, authorities said. Santa Cruz County narcotics agents, Monterey County sheriff’s investigators and Army CID agents joined in the monthlong investigation. Tracy Burns, 34, and David Burns, 31, were booked into the Santa Cruz County jail on charges of selling LSD. Investigators said more arrests were expected. Authorities said illegal LSD was previously purchased several times from the drug selling ring.
