MS Partnership has paid $2.95 million for the 27,000-square-foot Glenoaks Village at 12737 Glenoaks Blvd., Sylmar. Zugsmith & Associates represented both the buyer and the seller, Glenoaks Village Ltd. in the transaction. The neighborhood center is anchored by a Pizza Hut restaurant.
