Commercial Scene : L.A. Firm to Move Offices to 777 Tower Downtown

The law firm of Adams, Duque & Hazeltine has announced it will relocate in 1990 from its headquarters for the past 40 years at 523 W. 6th St. to the new 777 Tower under construction at Citicorp Plaza in downtown Los Angeles.
The firm initially will occupy four floors in the 53-story tower when it relocates in December, 1990. The 15-year lease for 81,000 square feet is valued at $43 million.
