Santa Ana Man Dies in Arizona Plane Crash

LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. — A single-engine plane crashed Thursday into Lake Havasu about a mile from this Colorado River community’s airport, killing both men aboard, authorities said.
The victims were identified as John G. Pillarella, 42, of Santa Ana, and Richard C. Rejlek, 43, of Phillips Ranch.
