Bush Selects Farm Aide

WASHINGTON — President Bush has announced that he is nominating Adis Maria Vila, a Florida state official, to be the Agriculture Department’s assistant secretary for Administration. Vila, 36, a Cuban-born lawyer, heads the Florida Department of Administration.
