A four-hour miniseries about British actress Vivien Leigh of “Gone With the Wind” fame will be the first co-production between MTM Entertainment and New Era Productions, a company formed earlier this year by British producer Marc Samuelson. “Vivien,” budgeted at about $6.2 million, will be written by British playwright John Osborne and produced by Samuelson. Filming will get under way next year.
