CSUN to Play Host to Westmont in Soccer

Cal State Northridge, the fifth-ranked team in the NCAA Division II poll, will play host to Westmont College in a nonconference soccer match at 7:30 tonight at North Campus Stadium.
Northridge (3-0-1) defeated Southern California College, 4-0, Friday, and Westmont (5-0-2) won the Sunbird Classic tournament at Fresno Pacific on Saturday, defeating Simon Fraser (Canada), 2-1, in the final.
Westmont, the second-ranked team in the National Assn. of Intercollegiate Athletics poll, is led by Peter Bourland on offense and sophomore Patrick Persson, a Swede, on defense.
