Air Traffic Computers

PALO ALTO — Hewlett-Packard Co. said its Apollo division received a $7.5-million contract to supply desktop workstations and Series 10000 personal supercomputers to the Department of Transportation.
The workstations and computers will be used in an air traffic management system developed to minimize flight delays and improve safety.
