Goalie Jeff led all the way to win the $500,000 Little Brown Jug harness race for pacers at the Delaware County Fairgrounds in Delaware, Ohio.
Goalie Jeff, driven by Michel Lachance, drew the first post position in the race-off, took the rail at the outset and never was headed in winning in 1:54 1/5. Barefoot Hanover finished second, and Tyler’s Best, the surprise winner of the first division, was third.
