San Diego-based TeleSoft and TeleLogic AB of Stockholm, a wholly owned subsidiary of Swedish Telecom, have completed a previously announced merger that created TeleSoft AB, a new software company. Other investors include Ericsson; Programator, a Scandinavian software company; Southwestern Bell Corp. and FFV, a company owned by the Swedish government.
