The “Let Us Entertain You” luncheon and fashion show last Thursday at the Turnip Rose restaurant in Costa Mesa raised an estimated $4,000 for the Master Chorale of Orange County. Lynn Galt was chairwoman.
The “Guys and Dolls Auction Gala” on Friday at the Newport Beach Marriott raised an estimated $61,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Randy Blackwood and Sherr Anderson were co-chairmen.
