THE SIDELINES : Scott Studwell’s Condition Good

EDINA, Minn. — Minnesota Vikings veteran linebacker Scott Studwell was in good condition today at Fairview Southdale Hospital, a hospital spokeswoman said.

Studwell was hospitalized Monday afternoon, but the hospital said it could not release the nature of his illness.

Vikings spokesman Merrill Swanson said today that Studwell had suffered dehydration and was not feeling well during Sunday’s game against Detroit. But Swanson said that tests at the hospital are not completed and that the problem is not yet identified.
