WASHINGTON — President Bush will nominate David Lewis of Naples, Fla., as assistant secretary of veterans affairs for acquisition and facilities, the White House announced Wednesday. Until last year, Lewis, 65, was director and vice chairman of the Blessings Corp. in Liberty Corner, N.J.
