HR Textron in Valencia announced that it appointed Roger Pascoe, 37, to the position of vice president of manufacturing. Pascoe, who previously held a number of manufacturing-related management positions with the company, worked for Texas Instruments before joining HR Textron in 1981.
HR Textron, a subsidiary of Rhode Island-based Textron, makes control systems for missiles, planes and helicopters.
