WORLD IN BRIEF : KOREA : Divided Nations OK Family Visits

South Korea and North Korea tentatively agreed to allow visits between families divided since the Korean War, but disputes remained on conditions for the visits. The two sides, meeting at the truce village of Panmunjom, settle on a figure of 300 people from each nation, with visits starting on Dec. 8.
