In Defense of Jane Fonda

I am sick of the criticism aimed at Fonda. Some protested against Vietnam by going to Canada, some by marching at White House, some by signing petitions, some by throwing flowers and still others by throwing rocks. And those who went to Vietnam did what they had to do too.
Fonda did what she did, right or wrong, and as an American she had the right to do so. If she has regrets they are hers to live with.
