Coca-Cola Co. and affiliates said they tendered all of their holdings in Columbia Pictures Entertainment Inc., pursuant to Sony Corp.’s $27-a-share tender offer . . . Aetna Life & Casualty Co. said its board adopted a share purchase rights plan designed to protect the interests of the firm’s shareholders in the event of an unsolicited takeover attempt . . . Los Angeles-based Broad Inc. doubled its regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock to 5 cents a share, payable Nov. 10 to shareholders of record Nov. 6 . . . In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the Airlie Group said it has increased its investment in First Executive Corp. to 8.8% of the Los Angeles company’s outstanding shares from the 6.7% reported earlier.
