WORLD IN BRIEF : WORLDWIDE : Pan Am Demands Data on Flight 103

Pan American World Airways is demanding documents and interviews at the CIA and other U.S. agencies seeking support for its contention that Israel and West Germany warned that Flight 103 had been targeted by terrorists days before it was blown from the sky over Scotland. The papers were filed in September in two federal courts. Flight 103 was blown up last December, killing 270 people.
