Techniclone International Corp.: Joseph A. Sinkule, director of research and development for Techniclone International Corp., has been appointed to the additional post of executive vice president. His new responsibilities will include day-to-day operations of the Tustin-based company, which develops and manufactures anti-cancer monoclonal antibodies. Before joining Techniclone in June, Sinkule was assistant director of clinical affairs for Immunex R & D Corp. in Seattle. Before that, he was senior scientist, immunology and medical affairs divisions at NeoRx Corp. in Seattle.
