Land and Housing

There are too many housing developments going up in Rancho Santa Margarita and Mission Viejo. Too many people are moving into this area, resulting in overpopulation and unnecessary traffic. Every day more and more complexes are being established on land that should be used for recreation and wildlife refuges.
Proper restraint should be placed on housing permits. All in all, for the availability of land, there have been too many building permits given out in Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita.
