Blockbuster Entertainment Corp. named two vice chairmen. Scott A. Beck has been named vice chairman and chief operating officer and Steven R. Berrard has been named vice chairman and chief financial officer of the video retail chain. Beck was formerly managing partner and chief executive of Video Superstore Master Ltd. Partnership, Blockbuster’s largest franchisee, which was acquired in late August. Berrard has been a senior vice president and chief financial officer at Blockbuster since June, 1987.
