L.A. Gear President Sues American Air: In a Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit, Robert Greenberg sued American Airlines and AA Magazine Publications for publishing a picture of him superimposed over the L.A. Gear logo in its September issue of American Way. Greenberg said he consented to an interview with the in-flight magazine on the condition that no photographs of him be published. The suit, alleging breach of contract and fraud, seeks unspecified general and punitive damages. American Airlines officials could not be reached for comment.
