Dale Stuard, founder of American National Housing and Stuard Industries, has been named 1989 Builder of the Year by the Building Association of Southern California.
Stuard has been a home builder for more than 36 years and is immediate past president of the National Assn. of Home Builders.
Stuard Industries develops projects located primarily in Orange, Riverside and SanBernardino counties.
