Narcotics officers arrested 18 people at a vacant apartment house in the 3200 block of Avenue J at 7 p.m. Friday, Lt. David Collin said. The suspects were being held on suspicion of trespassing, possession of weapons, possession of cocaine and being under the influence of drugs, Collin said.
An hour later, officers served a search warrant at an apartment house in the 800 block of Avenue H, where they arrested 10 people on suspicion of sale and possession of cocaine, Collin said.
