A Nice Way With Kids: Former “Hill Street Blues” television star Taurean Blacque was honored by Los Angeles County supervisors for adopting nine children that agencies deemed hard to place. “I love the kids and they needed homes. I was blessed to do it,” said Blacque, whose children range from 10 months to 11 years, after accepting a commendation from the board.
