Kaiser Land Fight: Kaiser Steel Resources Inc. said it will return to U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Denver to enforce an out-of-court settlement with Perma Pacific Properties under which Kaiser was to have received 213 acres of a former Kaiser steel mill near Fontana. Kaiser has alleged that Perma Pacific fraudulently acquired the 213 acres in 1985 in exchange for worthless coal property then-owned by Perma Pacific. Perma Pacific is now in bankruptcy proceedings in Denver.
