Rep. Dannemeyer and His Views on Environment
- Share via
Finally! William Dannemeyer manages to tear his attention away from his embarrassing obsession with Americans’ sex lives to address truly important environmental issues (Nov. 14). Unfortunately, with his usual shrill polemics, he resorts to calling those who support policies that protect and conserve our natural resources “grass-eaters and daisy-pickers.” He will stop at nothing in turning any issue into a divisive, non-productive argument designed to inflame the prejudices of his narrow-minded supporters.
Dannemeyer represents the best reason for such groups as the Natural Resources Defense Council and those who support homosexual rights ordinances.
As his dismayed constituents, we are confident that Orange County can elect more dignified and effective representation.
