An unidentified 70-year-old woman was killed Monday night at Lindbergh Field after she fell out of a car and hit her head on the pavement, authorities reported.
The accident occurred about 7 p.m. at the West Terminal after the woman was picked up by her son. Police said the woman apparently didn’t close her door properly or put on her seat belt. As the car approached the east frontage road at the airport, she fell out and died at the scene, police said.
