Broker Gets Four Years: A former stockbroker at E. F. Hutton was sentenced to four years in federal prison and ordered to repay $350,000 that he had stolen from the account of two of his clients. U.S. District Judge Edward Rafeedie in Los Angeles said the sentence he imposed on Peter Parrott would run concurrently with a three-year term Parrott already is serving in state prison for burglary.
